dude, venting about people is how you keep it from bottling up and becoming internalized genuine hate/disgust about them. i mean care needs to be taken about where and when, your child, esp your small child, should not have to hear you vent cuz they don't understand enough to know that's just you letting it out, but otherwise, be real, its like when you have multiple close friends and when one does something that upsets you you tell the other (and if ya'll are good people this is where the other friend tries to put the events into a new light to make you feel better about the first friend)
