It's the official language but it's rarely used or known outside the Québec area

The two official languages of Canada are English and French. The only Province thay uses that language though is Québec. This joke is about how very little people speak it, but Canada was forced to accept it as an official language because of Québec.

Actually that is false. New Bruinswick is the only official Bilingual province of Canada. Everyone thinks it is Quebec but it's not.

Most Quebecers are francophones and even the Quebec anglophones are, for the most part, fluent.
The other provinces are another story.
