Wait if the guy is drunk as well as the girl, does the guy get in trouble? Cuz when a drunk girl has sex it is NEVER her fault. Knowing how unfair the Justice system is today (thanks to feminists) I bet the guy goes to jail for rape, regardless of whether he was drunk or not, even if he was the only one drunk.

thats the funny thing if she says yes while intoxicated he can still cry rape latter because she wasnt "in her right nind" in other words ahe cant give consent. ir at least thats how it works in the state i live not sure else where
