Grant isn't an old name

Ernest is an oldan name...grant is still fairly common.

Like when someone introduces their child with the name Agatha or Constance that's like an old woman from the nursing home name

I'm pretty sure he means Grant sounds like a 30-year-old guy who works down at the hardware store, while Charlie, Chucky, Billy, and Timmy sound like some kids that fucked up your bird bath.

Just call him gran for short.
