I'm sorry, all I see is a bunch of dumbasses killing people who they found out was innocent. What the hell would you say to the family? I doubt "whoops" and "I'm sorry" is going to cut it
I think perhaps you do not understand what the words "presumed innocent" mean. None of these men were ever cleared of their convictions. In each of these cases there was evidence introduced well after their convictions, or in some cases after their executions, but none of the evidence in any of these cases turned out to prove them not guilty or even to cast enough doubt on their convictions for a retrial.
In the eyes of the law and after due process these men are still guilty and convicted.

Thank you @guestwho for understanding. Not that I'm criticizing everyone, but our laws are hella confusing and sometimes contradictory
Seeing how imagined and guessed are synonyms of presumed, it shows how much presumed innocent means. Change presumed with proven and then you can call these monsters innocent men.
