OH my goth - can you imagine, though? A pizza with bratwurst and mushrooms and sauerkraut and that knoblauch-soese (garlic cream sauce) they always serve with fried mushrooms?
What? I thought it sounded like a good idea! It's like a little German-street-fair-food pizza! Hmm. There should probably be pork roast bits and I actually think a little pineapple would contrast the sauerkraut? but I don't know if it would go with the garlic sauce so you might have to go back to tomato sauce for that.
I remember a place near me had a taco pizza when I was younger. It had ground beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato, and crushed up tortilla chips. Probably other stuff too. I thought it looked gross. Now that I love pizza and tacos, I'm interested.
