1: Remove straw from back of pouch and removing wrapping
2: Put flat cut side of straw in mouth and hold gently with your front teeth
3: Pick up juice pouch and squeeze it slightly to get some pressure on the insert straw hole
4: While still gently squeezing pouch and holding straw with teeth, use free hand to direct pointy end of straw to the insert straw hole
5: Gently press straw through the thin foil, excess juice will be squeezed up straw and into mouth, voila!
