They dont have CLEAN water that is the problem. It makes a huge difference. The water they drink takes forever to make safe. And if they don't do it right they risk being sick or dieing from it.
Actually I just noticed the comment on the picture. lol I wasn't paying attion to the actual picture. But now that I looked at the picture it is really obvious it isn't Africa. lol But that doesn't change my comment. The real reason Africa has trouble with water is because they dont all have access to clean safe water.
