Well that is definitely not a thing. Perhaps a tiny tiny amount of people feel that way, but it's not worthy of a flag or being called anything similar to being transgender. I'm a trans male, I hate seeing people do this shit. It makes people not take us seriously.

The (few) male to female transgender persons who prefer to call themselves FTF "argue" that they had been female from the beginning, just in "the wrong body". Confusing and probably unnecessary, sure, but this is not a "new thing" and definitely nothing that should really matter to anyone but these few people. However, for triggered frat-people on the "there's nothing but XX and XY anyway" train to 1950 this looks like the new tip of the crazy-berg and the world is coming to an end and blah blah blah. Triggered tools will be triggered.
