Anyone's balls hurt after sneezing? Asking for a friend

Re the title, that's not normal I believe. My shoulders and back sometimes hurt after I sneeze (I'm talking sharp, whacked-by-a-belt kind of pain.)

Well answering for your friend. YES, yes I have had a sharp pain shoot from my left side of my body down to the twig an giggle berries. It don’t happen all the time or can say that it’s an on an off again thing. It’s a just does it when it does it. Don’t know how many times. But know it’s been over a year since its happend again. But like others have said ya might want to have your friend go get checked out an not be dumb like me an not do anything. An don’t do the google check. Ya gonna be dieing of cancer if you check there. So do the professional way please. Checkem before ya haft to snip them due to not gettin them checked out.

Leaning my head back gives me a migraine and doing it to fast, hard or long can cause brain damage.
