It’s fake. They post a lot of stupid shit. Their most recent posts say you can’t identify as other races and jokes of the existence of females being transphobic
I think therapy would help. We don't have enough of an understanding on the human brain and identity to know if you can identify as another ethnic group. We know it works for gender, and we even have a pretty solid idea as to why it happens. Just because we don't know if you can identify by an ethnic group doesn't neccessarily mean you cannot.
Either way, it's best to just respect people by calling them what they want. It doesn't hurt you to call her black if she wants.
White guilt gone way too far. It’s kind of like eighth grade syndrome: you know, when kids in school would pretend to be a superhero or a mermaid. But she’s an adult. I think therapy could help her. It’s also possible that she grew up with an ethnic minority and shared in the culture enough for her to feel a very close kinship with them. Again, therapy is the way to go.
This isn’t like “transage” people. They are usually nothing more than paedophiles seeking a way to get to kids. They’re rejected by the LGBT+ community. And sometimes, they never had a childhood and are reverting. Therapy is the answer there.
