people want to adopt a dog or cat, and then a cat or dog came to them and then "woof!" or "meow!" till they get adopted ^^ like they choose which hooman should adopt them :)

You have a point but I doubt they always get the human/hooman they want. Pets do have a way of loving us anyway

yup.. sure, not always^^ but on reddit (/r/aww) there are often postings where it happens.. and that's cute & aww :D
