yes, that's what i mentioned, he won the case, but they appealed it, after that, i haven't heard an update. all you've provided is the original case where he won.
I actually just finished doing this. Not literally the contract stuff, extortioning my bank. They lost $3400 of my money, and basically said we don’t care, it’s your problem. After a month of calling and demanding my money back, I threatened to sue.
