Had a terrible day yesterday. Spent an hour talking to a counselor for the suicide hotline thing, cried for a really really long time, stared at the wall, cried in the shower, went to bed early. I was just utterly done with being a person.

Yeah. Also, the night before I know I'm traveling somewhere early, like waking up for a 6AM flight (meaning waking up at like 4-4:30AM, I can't sleep. I know I HAVE to wake up. I've had both the "temporary suicide" and my "travel wake" happen at the same time a few times; mostly when I was a kid and was flying to and from my dad's... that's when shit gets hardcore.
