Brain surgery success

I've got so much else going with my spine ECT I don't dare, just in case I end up having to have surgery again. I really want a tattoo but right now there's no way I can afford a good one, and I don't want to waste money on a shoddy one.
I want something like this but slightly smaller and cleaner.

Yowza, thats a big tattoo! We already have the built in zipper scar lol. I'm thinking just a simple zipper pull ... If I ever go bald that is lol

Yeah, I would want it MUCH smaller, but I like the bow with the zipper pull.
