It was for thier neice. She isn't even thier kid yet they took care of her. I forget what her parents was doing but it is pretty fucked up that her parents let her aunt and uncle take care of her instead of thier own ass's to take care of her.
Angelica wasn't really brought up by them, if she was she wouldn't of been such a bitch but in her defense her parents are awful parents (not awful people) just awful parents.
No she was there for like a week what I am saying is how could parents leave their kid with someone/relative for a week hear she has a broken foot/leg and not rush their ass home?
They didn't come back till the week was up.
She was given everything she wanted instead of telling her about sharing and not being able to have everything she became a spoiled brat. But I will say this the way she always wants so gentle with her doll proved she did know what a real family should be and she more than likely will grow to be a lovely caring mom. On all grown up the show where the rugrats was preteens and Angelica was a teen she showed so of becoming more kinder caring adult.
I know I wasn't a part of this convo but as someone who binged Rugrats and has seen a ton of episodes I want to bring up the episode "Educating Angelica" to backup the point of Angelica being selfish and stuff. In this episode Angelica goes to daycare and has to bring her favourite toy to share with the class, instead of outing her favourite toy as Sylvia she hecking says Tommy is her favourite toy and brings him. After seeing that him being nice and playing with others is getting him more attention only THEN does she share her toy and learn about sharing. Her mother wasn't aware of what a horrible person she was until the school called her and talked about her 'sharing problem' to which they seemed more worried then ever.
They didn't come back till the week was up.
