Also you got to take in that they don't have modern healing it's all magic and a healer who probably had less idea how to be a doctor than I do.

An inability to father children due to paralysis would imply heavily to me in this context that his penis is not really functional in that manner anymore. Possibly he is also sterile on top of that. If it was just a question of sterility, I guarantee Theon (post the whole ironborn fiasco) or Tyrion would have been talking about marching Bran down to the nearest brothel at some point
