Isn't that how toilets work?

I've seen a few different stories about this cup.
A practical joke, and a cup designed to prevent students from getting too greedy with wine servings (thus providing the name "greedy cup").
I don't know if they're, both valid. But I don't see why not.

I guess I'll just have to take the whole bottle then
