Blew out my O Ring trying to master this

i did a massive turd, one piece, the same size as a nerf ball, but took fking ages to get it out, yes i thought of taking a pic, no i didn't and yes it fking hurt

The worst is when there are sharp bits that sting your rectum sides as they pop out. Haaaatttee it

the sharp bits are re-edible peanuts

But I don't eat peanuts :(
I like them, I just don't have them around.
