I can't speak for every gay furry, but in my case, it started with relatively normal (and straight) harpy porn. It just got featherier and then I was into avians. It's not much of a leap to get to the more common type of furries, then I realised that I liked guys too. Then *bam* i'm a (mostly, i'm actually bi, but with a strong preference) gay furry.

What an amazing transformation. I want to see a disney movie based on that :D

...as long as it's decently animated, and not a live-action.
