I cant be only one with this problem

I read it’s because they’re in the phone’s version of the ‘deleted items’ folder. You have to hook up your phone to a computer, then go into the folders and actually delete them. Until then, it’s still counting against memory even though the shortcut is off your screen.

Or erase app data. I used to work with phones. Big apps like YouTube and Facebook keep app data. Just completely uninstall it and reinstall if you don't know how to access app data
