Don't forget the Taiga

To be fair, the Russian government did a lot to make sure that word didn't get out. And being in Siberia, it didn't affect bigger cities as much. I only found out a few days ago, when a Russian mutual on Tumblr made a post about it. Apparently the smoke was so bad that some of her relatives were having health problems.
