What the hell is she pointing at and why ? That guy is f**king blind

Okay but there is actually a pair of friends who do this exact thing, someone posted it on here once and it's the cutest. They go hiking together, she's the eyes and he's the legs.

It’s a natural behavior for the sighted to point. Just because he can’t see doesn’t mean she went blind. She likely grew up sighted in a largely sighted world and while she can work to accommodate and respect the unsighted- she’s still a product of that and going to behave like it- even sometimes forgetting she isn’t dealing with an unsighted person if she’s used to dealing with mostly sighted people.

I think the point is that he’s her legs. And she’s acting as his eyes. So the illustration is showing us that she is showing him the way.
