Leggings cover what they need to. They follow clothing laws, much more than just the bare minimum. “Shouldn’t” is absolutely your opinion. She can wear them if she wants, and if she wants to, she should. Don’t defend restriction of personal freedom. That’s the type of mentality, the “you can’t” that has already limited free speech. Can you not see the damage your exact mentality has caused on a mass scale?
