How are you guys living without being in constant fear!

When you are raised with it and from day one of school taught how to prepare for it you get where you kind of hope it happens so you can show how much more prepared you are than others.

I live essentially in tornado valley which I think is a tad scarier than hurricanes. Hurricanes are tracked globally for days or weeks whereas a tornado will personally hunt the human race to extinction. That said I have never been afraid of wandering around when a tornado is afoot
