It's not that she was told to get off by the driver or anything. As far as I remember, a lady told her that this can't be a guide dog because she only knows golden labs as guide dogs and that she thus can't be blind and should get the dog off the bus. Problem is also that the woman suffers from periodical blindness, meaning that she has times were she can see, and it must be really hard for her to then defend herself for having a guide dog.
