But just because "infinite on the scales that we currently use" isnt the same as "literally infinite" doesn't mean that we should just set fire to anything that will burn...
That's because the correct phrase is "renewable energy SOURCES". It's the source of the energy that is renewable, or non-consumable, not the energy itself.
