Yay it’s still quite magnificent. Yay it survived. Nay to complications being hairless could cause. Nay to popularizing the aesthetic- humans can be quite ignorant and fowl to animals. Make a film about saving rare and beautiful birds or fish- people go buy up (and contribute the the issues your film was against) those breeds. Have a cute or cool breed or cross breed animal become popular, or just a new and novel one- humans will breed and buy without regard to what those traits or mixes mean for the poor animal or its species.
