“Attend a MLM marketing pitch” reminds me of my honeymoon in Vegas. We got got dragged into a timeshare pitch with the promise of tickets to a show, drink vouchers and a free dinner. We politely listened for an hour (they served us lunch), said no thanks and left with the show tickets.
