Non-binary doesn't mean that someone can only use they/them pronouns.

I always took nonbinery to mean that they didn't identify on the M/F dichotomy at all. My mistake, that is not a community I've much been exposed to.

Non-binary usually means they don't identify as Male/Female, but there some identify *partially* as M/F, aka Demigenders.
But some non-binaries use binary pronouns, not all use They/Them.
Hope that cleared some stuff up, and not just cause more confusion :3
