Its sad that a lot of today's music has degenerated so badly, granted some modern music is great like (my personal opinions here) five finger death punch, linkin park, and metallica (metallica never changed though) avenged sevenfold are some good examples to me. They are far from the only ones trust me.
Okay, so I'm not against you guys about Lil Wayne rapping a lot of shit but then he proves that he at least has a brain up there and that he actually thinks. Have guys heard Mirrors, Drop the world, No love, and God bless America? Rap music isn't bad at all if you listen to the right artists. Just saying

If you listen to some of the songs, they are not all screaming. Some have gorgeous voices, and it depends which bands and songs you listen to. Plus, if you want to listen to beautiful music, there is opera or pop. Metal is a different kind of beautiful
Okay, I understand that Lil Wayne / Drake's songs are lyrical hell, but people like it mainly because of the beats. They don't listen to the words, even though many memorize them and sing along because they're catchy. But bands a lot of you are into, and from what I gather there's a lot of metal and punk and bands along those lines fans here. Just because you think they're great bands, which I'm sure they are, and I'm not blind, I can see that their lyrics are beautiful, doesn't mean that everybody else has horrible taste in music. Pop/Rap is just catchy, and metal isn't, it's got a traditional, sort of, tune, and doesn't make people want to dance, but rather feel. ya feel?
And if you're wondering (probably not), my favorite kind of music is alternative, but I've listened to some metal songs, I just don't follow bands, and of course pop music on the radio or on Spotify if I like it.
Haters. Haters everywhere, why dont u guys just leave lil Wayne alone at least he made it and he's more famous than any of u guys and am sure he's got more money ... everybody should just stop bitching and listen to the music u love and leave the people u hate alone
