You were off by a factor of 150 and were pretty specific about the 30 hours per month vs the actual 4,000 per year. I'm just correcting facts. No need to defend as it's not a personal attack.

It changed from lifetime views of 10,000 to "at least 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers" to be eligible for partnership. Nothing drastic like 150K.
