It's a meat pie; probably a chicken pot pie. The sides are still a bit weird though. I wouldn't pair a meat pie with french fries.

Dude, anything can influence anyone. A decent human being is not going to commit heinous acts just because they read it in a book, or saw it in a movie, or played it in a game. Horrible people will do horrible things whether they get ‘ideas’ for it somewhere else or not.
