They did a series on Tested where Adam worked with an expert armourer to make a genuine suit of armor that was built for Adam. It was really cool to watch.

I'm half Danish, half English and from working out (lifting weights) I've lost about 10 lbs over the past 6 months while also changing body composition. Sometimes you just need to try something different. Post is still funny though.
