Found this song in a darker moment and oh my does it feel true. Struggled with anxiety and depression, while my dad who's a former psychiatrist say I'm fine. Love the man but him saying that I was fine was a bit of a mind warp

I've experienced this to some degree, I had depression during my teens and early 20's and now looking back I can't remember much at all. It's kind of sad but I'm working with some people and writing down every positive memory I have from then
