Mustard gas: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulfur_mustard https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrogen_mustard
No combination of chlorine and ammonia will produce mustard gas. Even nitrogen mustards require some organic (carbon containing) chemical in their manufacture. ....Although mixing the two is still a very bad idea. Depending on the ratio, hydrazine or even nitrogen trichloride could be produced (both are toxic and explosive).

Not sure on the "can or will drink blood" issue. But I do know that butterflies often collect sodium salts as part of their mating ritual. Perhaps the blood thing is related?
