Fun fact. In the U.S. (Ohio and Indiana anyways) they legally do have to inital and or mark the operating foot/ankle for any surgery prior to putting the patient out due to the fact the WRONG one has been amputated on a patient before.

You'd be suprised what a nice white eyeshadow would do to brighten up the face and eyes. I always prefer a cover girl that has shimmer to lightly dab in the corners and sometimes underneath :-) definatly agree try something other than blue.
