I think the idea is they stop to drink the water then after having a drink they don't start again, I wouldn't try and force a child to drink mid-cry!

It was card with (I think) a plant based liner and the cap was plant based "plastic" too, I've read that there are disadvantages to plant based plastics and I try to carry a reusable bottle but on the occasion I forgot this seemed like the lesser of two evils.
