One time, when my friend sarah was asleep, my friends and I covered her face in flour, and then woke her up, and told her she looked hot, so we took a picture with her phone and posted it on her instagram, twitter, and story, and when she looked like five hours later she threw flour on us and took like forty pictures and tagged the three of us in them.

To help clear up, Scottsdale has two parts. The REALLY REALLY REALLY rich side, and the REALLY REALLY REALLY poor side. Literally there is no in between. Like you drive through and its goes from GIANT MANSIONS WITH BRICK FENCES and then the next house is a one story surrounded with a chain link fence.
And doctors usually have to deal with batshit crazy people.
