Umm, first of all you are wrong. That's really that all needs to be said, they may not be attractive to you, but to 3/4th of the worlds population, they are horribly attractive. All boobs are good boobs, boob appreciation everywhere.

....black widow has always been a supporting character, she will always be a supporting character, there doesn't need to be a black widow movie, they just need to use a movie that has a subplot revolving around her around a much bigger main plot centered around a bigger hero. I love black widow, but even in the comics, she's meant to be played off of everyone else. As for the winter soldier... Why? We will learn more about him later when he takes up the mantel of captain America. We don't need a full movie, his entire time as the soldier will be portrayed when he struggles with taking on the caps legacy.

Did they bury coulson?

He was only just coming into his full speed, he had limits still, shown when he was out of breath from the train scene. He's got super speed sure but pietro isn't one of the broken dc characters(don't et me wrong, I love dc, but there characters have a lack of living without limits) but there are already plenty of ways to bring him back to life, and which they will(why else would Clint carry his body onto the carrier)
