It's hilarious when you actually know that when these things happen at award shows they are PLANNED. Both the ladies in the audience and our adorable Neil Patrick Harris not only knew this was going to happen, they know exactly what each other are going to say and when and it's been rehearsed. They're comedians so get over it. It's absolutely ridiculous when people can't even tell a joke especially when it's their job. It's not like they were crashing the show, he knew full well and was apart of the entire thing.

I usually realize it's a sinus headache when I take migraine meds and they don't work. The sinus headaches (for me) don't have extreme pressure in my sinuses. A friend of mine just offered me some sinus medication once when I couldn't get my headache to go away and it immediately worked. I'd had that headache for days.

I was watching it long ago back when it was coming on only in the morning at like 7 am haha.. I remember thinking why is this not a thing?!

I get just pain migraines (light sensitivity and noise) but I also get them sometimes to where I'm extremely nauseous.
I mistake sinus headaches with the beginning of a migraine and that's just hell too...because treating the pain doesn't work without actually taking sinus medication. I'm sorry you have a migraine :(
