When those people in the older picture get to where they are going the newspaper will go in the garbage. They won't stare at it all day long...while with friends...at the dinner table...during a movie...etc..

Depends on where you live too. I'm in the metro area of NY and if I defend myself with a firearm I will be considered the criminal. People hear gun here and flip out.

Lol, when we take our truck apart like this we are put out of service. In other words a neighboring department would handle our calls while the truck was empty.
The reason we do this is to inspect and clean all the equipment and clean out the cabinets. Some of the equipment is not used often and needs to be looked at/cycled/certified...etc. we also use this time to paint the axes and sledgehammers and things like that.
