And there's nothing wrong with that, pebble. I'm just saying that for me it doesn't make sense. It certainly had its moments. I cried in the movie series a few times, especially when Sirius Black died. I just don't understand the obsession, personally. Doctor Who, I get. Supernatural, I get. Fringe, I get. But imo, HP was more of a one and done kind of thing.

I didn't say I hate them. I said they weren't that great. I said that they're predictable. So was Animorphs, but I loved the crap out of that series when I was younger. And I can see why ages 4-20 love HP, but they're all hype. I can't imagine learning all of the aforementioned life lessons from HP. You're truly missing out on life.
