Nah, mine doesn't even show that menu a second time, I have to reset app defaults each time I want to force that menu to show. Looks like they removed that setting. Which sucks, because I'm not ready for that kind of commitment either.

What am I missing? Anytime I choose an app it sets it to default for that file type

That the church has consistently been the most fertile site of scientific advancement through most of human history, and that the whole science *versus* religion thing is a bullshit misnomer fed by both sides through a glorious misunderstanding about the real aims of either.
