Ah, so "stupidity" is the reason once again. Should've known. She's there torturing an animal to death and crying because "oh no it bit my cheek." I hope it latches onto her eye next time

Take-away: humans are stupid. Very stupid. Stupid to the point that some feel the need to lecture people without having a good goddamn what's actually going on in the world. You can usually find those humans on Twitter, misrepresenting a global epidemic in an effort to preach to people about the environment.
.
Fun fact: I guarantee all the "scientists" are still getting their equipment and toilet paper delivered by truck. As are the doctors and nurses risking their lives. So slow the fuck down, Al Gore. With so many people in quarantine the environment is probably currently safer from humans than it has been in awhile.

You managed to ignore the part where the government's have forbidden most of us from flying. As little as a week ago people were still in FULL competition for the Darwin award, and we're boarding cruise ships. And yes, they are now trapped and dying on at least one of the cruise ships.
.
You also ignored the part where people hoarded so much toilet paper they created their own "shortage" of the product, all in an effort to combat a virus that by and large effects the lungs, not the bowels.
.
Not to mention the whole "your dogs can't get corona virus, but please, buy them masks or abandon them in the street to starve to death and eat each other. That will help."
.
How bout the part where people were going to Mardi gras and now there are literal refrigerated trucks parked by hospitals to haul bodies away.

Not one person in this comments section or the meme on this site responded with "men are awesome."
.
The woman in the post only said she loves her male offspring, and they clearly look after and have done more for her than most feminists in her eyes in recent years, and she would rather keep them in her life and lose feminists for 24 hours than the opposite.
.
Most likely her sons also offer her a feeling of care and security and protection from people who would abuse her. And if you think for even half a second that that means "protection exclusively from men," you're not playing with a full deck.

I think biology is very interesting. I am also not at all good at biology. Or any of the sciences, really. Got sarcastic comments on lock, though, so we have that?

Lol do I want to know the context?

Meh. I don't have a problem with the concept of MAPs (and actually generally support it) in general.... When it actually IS a community dedicated to saying "this is how I feel. how I feel isn't okay, it hurts people, and I just want to know I'm not alone and maybe we can work together to develop coping strategies so I DON'T hurt people."
.
More or less like a rehab program I guess.
.
Instead it's used to try and champion pedophilia as a legitimate sexuality, and therefore defensible. Which is as insane as saying rape is a sexuality.
.
Actually, it's literally the same thing since you cannot "have sex" with a child in any way, at any time, ever. All you can do is rape them.

But yeah, @jasonmon , if you feel you have the stomach and the time for it, you may want to research the Twitter take on this stuff. As I mentioned in an above post, Twitter seems to classify people who talk this way and want to rape children as MAPs, making them a protected class somehow. You see a LOT of open depravity that is not remotely aimed at getting people help.
.
Might be interesting to you at any rate

Minor Attracted Persons. They are quite abundant on Twitter.
.
Unfortunately instead of being devoted to helping each other deal with their attraction (which I think was the original point) they often end up promoting shit like this instead. Or outright sharing child porn. Or their fantasies for what they'd like to do to children.
.
Twitter seems to classify them as part of the LBTQ community

Took me a hekkin minute to realize this said "A-i" and not "AL." Couldn't figure out who Al was, why he was killing us, or what 90s movies had to do with it

The Loneliness Is Better Replaced By This (MusicSubstance) 4 comments

I could see it as you turned to stone
Still clearly I can hear you say
"Don't leave, don't give up on me"
Two weeks and you ran away
I remember "don't lie to me"
Couldn't see that it was not that way
Swear I never gave up on you
.
And you neglected,
I called you out, don't please
I said "we're stronger than this now"
You fear the phantoms
When none exist but you
You still saw fit to destroy it
.
And still you feel like the loneliness is better replaced by this
I don't believe it this way
And I can see the fear in your eyes
I've seen it materialize
Growing stronger each day
.
I could see it as you turned to stone
Still clearly I can hear you say
"Don't leave, don't give up on me"
Two weeks and you ran away
