The person making the comments is saying two things:
1) race does not exist. You do not have heritage, or lineage, or appearance, or culture.

Race is, instead, determined by your behavior. It is a title INFLICTED upon you based largely (if not exclusively) on your political views. You have no say in your race. It WILL be determined by others.

2) if you have bad behavior, or do not share the political views of the commenter, you are white. White people do not have a say in this. Their voices don't matter because they don't exist. White people are nothing but an amalgamation of people who exhibit bad behavior.

They didn't have an arguement. Their arguement was: "racism is only applicable to people of specific skin colors" - which is not only implying you can't be racist to people of specific skin colors, but also implies that people of other skin colors are automatically victims of racism.
