Ehhh I'm too lazy and not invested in this, but in the show England kind of raised America like a little brother. Especially if you consider America's actual history in that they're just English people who left (and other European countries, but that's beside the point). Like the scenes with England trying to teach America how to act and giving him his first suit.
But I mean Chibi Italy and whatshisface happened, Swizterland is a tsundere, England's only friend is a whale, I thought China was female for like a full season, and Romano/Spain is just... complicated... so who knows, really.
