In case you still want to know, hedgehogs can have a good quality cat food as a staple for their diet. I think it has to have a really high fiber, low fat and plenty of protein. Hedgehogs are omnivores, and usually eat bugs. Mealworms are ideal as treats. You can try to feed a hedgehoq lettuce or cooked meat, but it probably won't know what it is. I feed my hedgehog a special food I got from the breeder, so ask the breeder. They know what the hedgie is used to.
