No. I know the word "domesticated" is not used in it's literal sense over here. But although it should logically work in reverse, the meaning does not, because the idea behind "domesticated" is meant to describe the brick only. As in a wild rock is that put to human use as a brick. Applying the meaning of "domesticated" here does not work.

To say brick is a domesticated rock is akin to saying animal is domesticated dog. Case closed.

Brick is to rock as animal is to dog. Bricks can come is many form. Some examples of bricks that are not made of rocks are Lego bricks, ice bricks, cow shit bricks, glass bricks etc. You get the idea.
