Our two mutual friends, Phil and Janice, started dating last week.

She does, but she likes him too much to leave the relationship. Which makes me very sad

Well, she's always smiling around me. She's the girl who lended me the first Harry Potter book and I lent her my first Narnia book.
Every time I say something she'll laugh or giggle at it.

Plus she openly tells me a lot of personal stuff, which means she trusts me.

@dr_richard_ew let her know that no matter how attracted to her boyfriend she is, if he won't treat her right, that's the fastest way abusive relationships happen. Tell her that you want to see her truly happy. That's the best advice I'm able to give, haha- I wish you the best of luck!
@rosebud she's probably interested, she's giving you the right signs. Try to really be there for her, and do everything you can to make her happy. Us girls really like seeing the people we're into really put their all into being there for us, and most of all, we like to see commitment and supportiveness. Just be careful not to overdo it and come off as desperate. Good luck with Sally!
